Yes. Wisconsin law requires those born on or after January 1, 1989, to pass a boater safety course and to carry a boater education card.

To get a permanent Boater License it takes about 5 hours at https://www.boat-ed.com/wisconsin/
YOU MUST BRING YOUR BOATERS LICENSE WITH YOU.

You must be at least 21+ to rent from us. Anyone with a Boaters License is able to drive the rental.
Having prior boating experience is highly recommended.

Yes. DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE. Just like drunk driving, operating a motorized boat is illegal if your blood alcohol concentration is above the legal limit. In Wisconsin, if your BAC is . 08 percent or higher, you can be charged with intoxicated boating. Please have a designated driver.

Absolutely! Put that top down, drop an anchor, and remove the seats to maximize the room! The Sea-Doo Switch seats are extremely easy to remove and rearrange. Please clean up after yourselves or a $50 cleaning fee will be applied.

You will receive the boat with a full tank you must return the boat with a full tank. If the tank is not returned full you will be charged for the cost to fill the remainder of the tank.
On average a pontoon uses 3-4 gallons an hour. The Switch has a 29 gallon fuel tank.

We do provide USCG-Approved life jackets.
It is important to wear a life jacket at all times while boating.
Children 13 years old and younger must wear a life jacket that fits them.
We supply ONE toddler life jacket. If you plan to have more than one toddler on board, you must provide the extra life jacket(s).

Rentals are paid in full upon booking.

No worries! You can’t control mother nature. Call us ahead of time to cancel or reschedule.

Currently, we have a captain available for bodies of water that are not federally controlled.

Go for it! Our switch is equipped with ski mode. Ski mode offers a choice of different preset acceleration curves for perfect launch every time when towing a skier or wakeboarder!

Dogs are family members, aren’t they? However, we do not provide life jackets for your furry pets. Please bring a life jacket for your dog. They get tired from swimming too.

No. Grill on the land if you’re hungry.

Please arrive 30 minutes early. This will allow you to maximize your rental time.
Before the rental we like to have time to go over any rules or paperwork before you depart.
We will show you the features and controls of the pontoon.

Although we do highly recommend previous boating experience, we understand it can be a first. A staff member from Hang Loose will show you the ropes before departure. Our pontoon is extremely easy to navigate!
